CCM Super Tacks 2.0 Stick

This summer, we will see one of the best sticks on the market get refreshed with the all new CCM Super Tacks 2.0 stick.

The CCM Super Tacks 2.0 stick will see some pretty nice design changes. It starts with CCM’s new partnership with Sigmatex, a leader in performance composite fiber. The new Super Tacks 2.0 stick will include Sigmatex carbon fiber which is known for being incredibly light and durable.

The kick point on the new CCM Super Tacks 2.0 stick has also been improved to be more responsive. The dual flex profile offered is a mid kick point with two different loading zones, one for wrist shots and another for slap shots. The flex profile is optimized to react based on the way you shoot, meaning you get the best result out of every shot you take. Beyond that, CCM has refined the bottom of the taper to be softer and provide a more responsive feel.

CCM will also include a modified shaft on the Super Tacks 2.0 stick. The new shaft utilizes reinforced bumper technology which increases the shaft strength. This is done by adding extra material in the slash zone of the shaft which will ultimately improve durability.

The CCM Super Tacks 2.0 stick will also receive an upgraded Acu2 blade. This blade is extremely stiff and also utilizes Sigmatex carbon fiber which means it will match the rest of the stick in terms of being lightweight and super durable.

Keep an eye out for the new CCM Super Tacks 2.0 stick to hit retail stores this summer. We’re expecting a release date of June 24th and a price around $279.99, but that is not confirmed.

Has anyone used the Super Tacks. So i have have the stick for quite a while. I mean the stick is awesome but when i shoot a snap shot or wrist shot and i follow through it feels so whippy. I don’t know what that means. It feels like i flexed out the whole stick. Can anyone tell me what happened.

Is the blade going to be soft and break pretty easily like the 1s since it’s going to be so light?
